Information systems strategy ensures the strategic alignment between organizations business practices and its technological investment, envisioning to support the elaborations of their Information Systems Strategic Plan (ISSP).

AZULCHIP starts from the definition of the strategic goals to elaborate specific Information Systems domain goals. These goals are set up within the framework of thematic axis, through directed actions/initiatives.

Elaborating an ISSP is supported by three main action routes:

  • Diagnosing current situation and identifying the strategic orientations of the organization;
